The residence offers two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It includes four single beds that can be converted into doubles and a sofa bed. Central air conditioning is provided through two separate A/C units.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, while the living room features a large TV mounted above the fireplace.
