For cozy winter nights & refreshing summer days!

In the heart of the traditional historic settlement of Dimitsana, within an 18th-century three-story stone-built house, we have thoughtfully created two welcoming guest spaces, combining comfort with respect for local heritage. The building is sunlit throughout the day and is situated on a quiet cobbled path in the oldest neighborhood of Dimitsana, just a short walk from the village center.

On the ground floor (the ‘katoi’), crafted with stone, wood, and great care, built directly onto the rock, you will find a cozy space that can accommodate up to four guests. It features two separate rooms with four single beds, which can be converted into two double beds. The space benefits from natural climate control, offering warmth during the winter and coolness in the summer. Additionally, there is central heating and a traditional wood-burning stove, keeping you warm and cozy on cold winter nights.

On the first floor (the ‘mesiano’), there is a spacious open-plan area that can accommodate up to four guests. It includes a large double bed and a sofa that transforms into a double bed. The room also boasts an energy-efficient fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large bathroom with a washing machine. Just outside, there is a sitting area and a charming courtyard filled with flowers, offering a peaceful place to relax.
